Each private office can have up to two on-street business parking permits, and Parkfield Business Centre reimburses the cost of those permits during your first year (£50 each per year there after) . Several other parking options are also available nearby, including church parking and public car parks.

Yes. Many businesses start small and move into larger offices as they grow. Subject to availability, we can often accommodate moves within the building.

Yes. Clients, suppliers and visitors are welcome during normal building access hours & you can let them in with your phone without even leaving your office.

Wi-Fi is included with every office. Dedicated broadband connections are also available if required @ £20 per month 500Mb.

No. We use flexible licence agreements rather than traditional commercial leases.

Office members can access the building from 6:00am until 10:00pm, seven days per week.

Yes. Office members can normally use Parkfield Business Centre as their registered office address for one company.

Most smaller offices qualify for Small Business Rates Relief. Businesses remain responsible for any business rates that apply to their office.

Yes. A refundable deposit is normally required when you move in. The amount depends on the office selected.

Yes. Members have access to a professional meeting room. Most private offices include one hour of meeting room use each month. Additional time can be booked as required

Yes. The building uses controlled access systems and CCTV for security purposes.

Yes. Each office has a recommended occupancy based on its size. We can help you choose the right office for your team. We offer additional space in our business loft at £25 per person per month
